When my wife first requested this as a Christmas present, I thought it was a toy. It has worked better than I ever thought it would. We have two inside cats, it has cleaned cat hair wonderfully. Our carpets look better than they every have. My wife has arthritic in both knees and found it hard to pull a vaccum. I bought this product because it looked cool and all of the photos showed it to be black and orange. The color name is cabernet, though, so I was suspicious. I looked carefully at several sites and it looked orange in all of them, so I took a chance and ordered it. When I received it, I was very disappointed in the accent color – it is dark red, not what I had in mind. Seems like a nice case, but I can’t get past that accent color. I know it comes in a black and gray, so I might try that.

I sent it back because it did not fit my needs and I am still waiting 3 weeks later for my refund! I need some assistance in getting a refund. The package label stated that the info on the shipping label was the correct place to send it back for a refund. It has been far too long and I would like to see my refund show up or I will be a disgruntled customer.
Please help.
