I have had case logic items in the past but they were computer type stuff. So I took a chance they wouldn't do wrong and they didn't. The shipping was fast and the company was fine, didn't have any issues anywhere! This bag is really well made and attractive, but once I finally got my laptop to somewhat fit, (I thought the elastic strap that holds in the laptop would eventually give) cords, and laptop vent, I didn't have any room for any of the books that I would need to cart around with me! If you need extra room then save your money and find a larger bag! If you have a smaller laptop then this is probably the right bag for you!
